Order Confirmation: Once you’ve placed your order and selected the in-store pickup option, you’ll receive an email or text confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this confirmation before heading to the store.
Pickup Window: You’ll have a specific window of time to collect your order from the store, typically within 3 to 7 business days from your order confirmation. If you don’t pick up your order within this timeframe, we may release the reserved products.
Identification: When picking up your order, you’ll be asked to present valid identification, such as a driver’s license or ID card, along with your order confirmation. This is to ensure you’re collecting your own order.
Exchanges and Returns: If you need to make exchanges or returns for products you picked up in-store, please follow our store’s exchange and return policies. Some products may not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
Authorized Representative: If you can’t pick up the order personally and want someone else to do it on your behalf, provide their name and give them a copy of the order confirmation. The representative will need to present valid identification when picking up the order.
Notifications: We’ll send you notifications via email or text regarding your order status and any changes to pickup details.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before pickup, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. This will help us release the reserved products and process your cancellation.
Availability Changes: In the event that a product isn’t available for in-store pickup after your order is placed, we’ll reach out to you to offer alternative options.
